There are four formats available: OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, JPEG & PDF. Choose the format that is most convenient for you. You can also input your story or text directly to the images in the OpenOffice or Word document.
Print it out and write on them: "ask me", "tell me", your story, anything! Keep widening the circle of stories by wearing your band.
